Montario Fletcher has been a software engineer for over 10 years. During that time, he has developed software for the United States Air Force, nonprofit organizations, and consumer finance companies. He has always been adept at expanding his skillset and using the right technology to solve the customer’s problems.
Montario Fletcher is active in the Middle Georgia community. He is currently volunteers with Trinity Vision Global, Inc., a non-profit organization that provides various services to the community. He currently serves on the Board of Directors as the IT Director. He spends time each week helping the organization provides clothes and other resources to those in need.
In addition, Montario has also helped the homeless in the Atlanta, GA area near the Peachtree & Pine Homeless shelter by providing clothes, food, and other resources to help the homeless find housing and stable employment.
Montario Fletcher has been practicing Detroit Ballroom Dancing since 2014. When he is not working, he enjoys dancing with the ladies on the dance floor. The ladies enjoys dancing with Montario since they know that he will make them look good. He learned the #1 rule of ballroom dancing from his instructor, Ken Hicks of Khick’s Ballroom Dancing.
Montario Fletcher is currently a member of the Warner Robins Toastmasters Club (#6285) and the Middle Georgia Toastmasters Club (#4781). He has recently developed into a great public speaker by speaking on motivational topics. In the past, he produced the Minute Daily Devotional Podcasts, which provided a minute of inspiration to listeners each day. Currently, Montario has completed the Competent Communicator curriculum and levels 1 and 2 of Visionary Communicator in Toastmasters. If you are looking for motivation in your life, turn to Montario.
